Frau Gerolds Garten is a year-round restaurant and bar operation, combined with art, design, and an integrated urban gardening concept in the lively district of Zürich-West.

Summer

In the summer, we have 800 seats on 2,500 m2 and serve up to 2,500 guests per day. As a summer outdoor restaurant, we offer our guests fresh and seasonal cuisine daily, with a special focus on regional products, as well as a balanced range of drinks. In addition to the normal daily operations, we also host larger groups of up to 200 people in the summer, whom we cater to with our grilled specialties. Special events (European Championship, World Cup, company anniversaries, etc.) also take place regularly in our garden.

Winter

During the winter months, we serve our guests in the spacious winter garden (outdoor area) and the winter lounge (indoor area). During this time, we have 600 seats on 2,500 m2 and serve up to 800 guests per day.

In our winter garden, shelters and lounges offer protection from the rain, and fire pits warm our guests. Frau Gerold decorates her outdoor area with particular love and attention to detail. In the garden, we offer our guests fondue and raclette. The drink selection is adapted to winter.

In the winter lounge, with 240 seats, we mostly host small and medium-sized groups who want to spend a cozy evening with family, friends, or colleagues. We mainly serve various in-house fondue creations, but there is also something for non-cheese eaters.

Braschler's Bar

Braschler's Bar is located within Frau Gerolds Garten and serves as an event location for occasions with up to 150 people. The long bar front and the plant-adorned side walls contribute to an exceptional ambiance with a tropical flair.

The location has cozy lounge areas, standing tables, and enough space for banquet tables, offering flexible usage options for different event formats. For groups, events with aperitifs and barbecue buffets are offered.

• Co-responsibility for order and cleanliness in storage areas and clearing stations
• Setting up the outdoor area (cushions, blankets, umbrellas, fire pits, ashtrays, trash cans, adhering to table plans, etc.)
• General tidying and cleaning work on the entire premises
• Clearing tables/collecting dishes and glasses
• Emptying trash cans and ashtrays
• Assisting with preparation work in the kitchen as instructed
• Assisting with washing up kitchen and service equipment
• Refilling consumables and beverages
• Preparation and follow-up work for events (banquets, aperitifs, exclusive events, World Cup, etc.)
• Assisting with renovation work for seasonal changes
• Maintenance work according to instructions from the Head of Maintenance
• Supporting bar staff in the back office

• Attractive gross hourly wage of at least CHF 27.00
