Picnic is looking for part-time or full-time runners immediately!
What you get as a runner
- Hourly wage €9.98 (18 yrs) to €16.19 (21+ yrs) incl. holiday pay
- Weekly payout of salary & tips via the app
- Plan your own shifts every Friday – perfect to combine with study or hobbies
- Free snacks after every ride and pizza night during "shift 4" on Friday
- Drive your own electric Picnic car with Bluetooth for your playlist
- €200 training budget and growth opportunities to team lead or trainer
- Young, inclusive team; you are the hero of the neighborhood and make families happy
Your role as a runner
- Start at the hub: load crates into your cart, check route & battery
- Deliver 15-18 addresses per 3-hour shift, usually within a 10 km radius
- Help customers with questions; you are the face of Picnic in the neighborhood
- Drive back and close the route, return your cart and grab a well-deserved snack
Your profile
- Driver's license B and at least 18 years old
- Positive energy, customer-oriented and responsible
- Fluent Dutch is required; hospitality experience is a plus but not necessary
- Available 16-40 hours per week, including regular evening or weekend shifts
- Fit enough to walk a lot and lift boxes
Working hours - you choose
- Morning 07:00-10:30 or 10:00-12:30 (location dependent)
- Afternoon/Evening 14:00-16:45 | 16:45-19:30 | 19:30-22:30
Claim your shifts weekly in the app (super flexible as a side job!). Can't make it after all? Swap up to 24 hours in advance with a colleague. We only ask for 6 fixed availability moments per week – you decide which ones.
