Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 1 year as runner, waiter helper or customer attention (preferably in high-end restaurants).

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Schedule availability.

• Ability to work as a team and maintain the pace during peak demand.

Main functions:

• Support the waiter in service, ensuring that dishes and drinks arrive on time and with proper presentation.

• Maintain coordination between kitchen and service area.

• Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware as needed.

• Verify that tables are correctly set and presentable before and during service.

• Support in cleaning and ordering the dining area.

• Collaborate in special events and provide support to the team when required.
