We are looking for a high-level restaurant, recognized for its elegance, quality, and exceptional hospitality.

We seek Service Runner with energy, positive attitude, and commitment, who directly supports the wait staff team to ensure a fluid and memorable experience for our diners.

Provide operational support to the service area, ensuring correct delivery of dishes and beverages, maintaining presentation, times, and quality standards typical of fine dining.

• Support the waiter in delivering dishes and beverages on time.

• Maintain constant coordination between kitchen and service area.

• Verify presentation, temperature, and arrangement of dishes.

• Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware during the service.

• Ensure tables are kept correctly set and presentable.

• Support in cleaning, order, and arrangement of the dining area.

• Collaborate in special events and support the team as needed.

• Minimum experience of 1 year as a runner, waiter's assistant, or customer service representative
  (preferably in high-level restaurants or fine dining).

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Availability of schedule.

• Capacity to work under pressure and during peak hours.

• Pleasure in service and hospitality.

• Proactivity and willingness to support the team.

• Teamwork and effective communication.

• Monthly salary: $9,542.00
