We are looking for dynamic people with a positive attitude and a taste for service who want to develop in the food and beverage area, directly supporting the wait staff team.

Requirements:
Minimum experience of 1 year as a runner, waiter's assistant or customer attention (preferably in high-level restaurants).

Excellent personal presentation.

Schedule availability.

Able to work in a team and maintain the pace during peak demand periods.

Service attitude, kindness, and responsibility.

Energy, agility, and attention to detail.

Proactivity and willingness to support at all times.

Teamwork and effective communication.

Cordial treatment and positive attitude towards customers.

Main functions:
Support the waiter in service, ensuring that dishes and beverages arrive on time and with proper presentation.

Maintain coordination between kitchen and service area.

Replace utensils, glassware, and tableware as needed.

Verify that tables are correctly set and presentable before and during service.

Support in cleaning and ordering the dining area.

Collaborate on special events and provide support to the team as needed.
