We are looking for a Service Runner with energy, positive attitude, and commitment, who will directly support the wait staff team to ensure a fluid and memorable experience for our guests.

Job Objective:

Provide operational support to the service area, ensuring the correct delivery of dishes and beverages, maintaining presentation, timing, and quality standards typical of fine dining.

Main Functions:

• Support the waiter in delivering or serving dishes and beverages on time.

• Maintain constant coordination between the kitchen and service area.

• Verify the presentation, temperature, and arrangement of dishes.

• Restock utensils, glassware, and table settings during service.

• E nsure tables are correctly set and presented.

• Support in cleaning, ordering, and arranging the dining area.

• Collaborate in special events and support the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 1 year as a runner, waiter's assistant, or customer service representative
  (preferably in high-end restaurants or fine dining establishments).

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Availability of schedule.

• Capacity to work under pressure and during peak hours.

• Pleasure in serving and hospitality.
