We are looking for a Service Runner with energy, positive attitude, and commitment to support the team directly assisting waiters to ensure a fluid and memorable dining experience for our guests.

Job objective:

Provide operational support to the service area, ensuring correct plate and beverage delivery, maintaining presentation, timing, and quality standards typical of fine dining.

Main functions:

• Support waiters in timely plate and beverage delivery.

• Maintain constant coordination between kitchen and service area.

• Verify presentation, temperature, and arrangement of plates.

• Restock utensils, glassware, and tableware during service.

• E nsure tables are correctly set and presented.

• Support in cleaning, order, and seating area maintenance.

• Collaborate in special events and support the team as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum experience of 1 year as a runner, waiter assistant, or customer service representative
  (preferably in high-end restaurants or fine dining).

• Excellent personal presentation.

• Schedule availability.

• Capacity to work under pressure and during peak hours.

• Pleasure for service and hospitality.
