Your role

We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Runner (Commis waiter), capable of ensuring that every dish reaches the table quickly and flawlessly, contributing to an unforgettable service experience.

You will be the link between the kitchen and the dining room, ensuring rapid, efficient, and impeccable service.

Your responsibilities will include

• Bringing dishes from the kitchen to the dining room safely and promptly.
• Supporting the dining room team in preparing and clearing tables.
• Collaborating with the kitchen to manage orders accurately.
• Maintaining a clean and organized dining room, adhering to brand standards.
• Supporting peak operational periods with speed and team spirit.

What we are looking for in you

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in premium environments.
• Energy, speed, and the ability to work in dynamic environments.
• Good knowledge of Italian; English is a plus.
• Positive attitude and customer orientation.

What we offer

• Work preferably on single shifts, occasionally split shifts, 5 days a week.
• Restaurant ticket worth €10 per working day.
• Annual Gross Salary (RAL): Approximately €22,500
• Location: Milan, Torre Velasca.
