Ruby on Rails Developer with DevOps Experience (m/w/d)

We are building the technological infrastructure for CO2 premiums in electromobility. We are growing quickly and driving the transportation transition forward with high implementation speed and clear product focus.

Our customers are e-vehicle operators in B2C as well as charging point operators and other market participants in B2B. Our platform processes large data volumes, controls regulatory processes, and orchestrates relevant financial flows around CO2 certificates. Fully digital.

Technology is not a support area for us, but value creation. Architecture, performance, and product quality directly decide on growth and market position.

Tasks

• Development and maintenance of our Ruby on Rails platform in an agile team
• Implementation of new features from conception to deployment
• Setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines
• Optimization of deployment processes and ensuring system stability
• Monitoring, logging, and performance optimization of the production environment
• Code reviews and active shaping of technical standards
• Closely working with the Product Owner

Qualification

• 3+ years of experience in development with Ruby on Rails
• Fundamental knowledge of DevOps practices: CI/CD, Docker, Infrastructure as Code
• Experience with Sidekiq, Redis, and PostgreSQL optimization
• Nice-to-have: Knowledge of frontend technologies (JavaScript, React or Vue.js)
• Nice-to-have: Experience with cloud platforms, ideally AWS (EC2, RDS, S3, Lambda)
