Ruby on Rails Engineer - Fully Remote

Join our team as a Full Stack Engineer, where you'll play a key role in developing, maintaining, and optimizing applications. Collaborate with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to enhance features, create new ones, and ensure a scalable and secure architecture. Key Responsibilities Lead Development: Build scalable, high-quality web applications using Ruby on Rails. Collaborate: Work with cross-functional teams to design and develop new features for web and mobile platforms. Front-end development: Utilize HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React to create responsive and user-friendly interfaces. Back-end development: Leverage Ruby on Rails, PostgreSQL, and Redis to build robust and scalable back-ends. DevOps: Implement automated testing, continuous integration, and deployment using Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in production environments using logs, error messages, and debugging tools. Knowledge and Skills Required Strong understanding of Ruby on Rails, including MVC architecture, routing, and ORM. Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and React for front-end development. Familiarity with PostgreSQL, Redis, and other relational databases. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins for DevOps. Understanding of Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a distributed team. Certifications: None required. Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
