Ruby On Rails Developer

We are looking for someone who:

• Has minimum 3 years (Mid) / 5 years (Senior) experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
• Has experience in building REST API
• Knows the basics of web application security
• Has experience working with relational databases (PostgreSQL)
• Knows system control version - GIT
• Wants to continuously develop and improve their skills
• Wants to work in an environment where developer opinions matter

Prioritized experience in the area:

• Frontend: Hotwire, Turbo, Stimulus, Action Cable, React
• Background processing: Sidekiq, ActiveJob
• Message queues: RabbitMQ, Kafka
• API: REST API, testing (Postman, Bruno)
• Testing: RSpec, Capybara, unit and automated tests
• Security: knowledge of vulnerabilities, good security practices
• DevOps: good CI/CD practices
• Testability: observability and controllability of applications

• Architecture: Microservices communicating through RabbitMQ/REST API
