Ruby On Rails Developer

We are looking for Ruby On Rails Developers with at least 3 years of experience to join our team in Krakow.

Working with us means:

• modern solutions such as hosting on AWS, k8s, GithubActions, Buddy.works, AppSignal, Datadog
• a strong focus on application security (regular audits, updates to Ruby/Rails/gems, dependabot, training developers in Niebezpiecznik and Sekuraku)
• an architecture based on microservices and communication using RabbitMQ/RestAPI,
• Tech Lead, with whom you work daily, leading each team
• code review as a key element of introducing new code,
• being part of a 34-person IT department (fully cross-functional teams of 6-8 people),
• meetings within IT, where we discuss solutions from the last sprints, curiosities and technological plans
• LeSS (Scalable Scrum), where we show what new features we've delivered to clients on a common review for the entire company (marketing, sales, customer service and IT)
