We’re looking for a confident, experienced Return to Work Manager who thrives on early intervention, clear communication and guiding workers through safe, sustainable recovery. You’ll manage musculoskeletal and physical injuries, partner with senior leaders, and drive the practices that minimise LTIs across a large workforce. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys taking ownership, influencing stakeholders and setting high standards in RTW.

- Up to $135k package (depending on experience)
- Sydney CBD location & hybrid working available after settling in

- Lead the employer-based RTW process across a diverse workforce
- Manage musculoskeletal and physical injury claims with confidence
- Guide injured workers and leaders through the RTW journey
- Identify risks early and reduce LTIs through proactive intervention
- Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance at every stage
- Apply NSW Workers Compensation legislation accurately and practically
- Strong employer-based RTW or Injury Management experience
- Proven success managing MSK and physical injuries
- Excellent communication skills with a calm, confident approach
- Strong stakeholder engagement across leaders and injured workers
- Solid knowledge of NSW Workers Compensation legislation
- Ability to influence outcomes and take initiative in fast-moving environments
