RTR Costing Accountant

Job Title: RTR Costing Accountant Location: Bangalore, India Job Type: Full-Time Description: Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced RTR Costing Accountant to join our Record to Report team in ADM Global Capability Center. The ideal candidate will be responsible and accountable carrying activities and ensuring deliverables of Costing Accounting global Centre of Excellence (CoE) in ADM. Including driving process standardization, compliance and continuous improvement. Costing accounting is a critical function that requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be responsible for: * Maintaining accurate and timely financial records and reports. * Performing cost accounting activities such as budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. * Developing and maintaining processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process standardization, compliance and continuous improvement. * Providing support to the global Centre of Excellence (CoE) in ADM for Costing Accounting activities. Requirements: * Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field. * 5+ years of experience in cost accounting or a related field. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. * Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
