RTL Design Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated RTL Design Engineer with 7 years of experience to join our growing team. You will play a vital role in the design and development of complex digital logic for next-generation integrated circuits (ICs). This position offers the opportunity to work on challenging projects while utilizing your expertise in RTL design methodologies and verification. Responsibilities: Design and develop RTL code for digital logic blocks and modules using Verilog or VHDL; Utilize knowledge of RTL design principles, including finite state machines, counters, and arithmetic logic units; Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate designs into larger systems; Develop and maintain detailed design documentation, including block diagrams, schematics, and test plans; Participate in peer reviews and provide constructive feedback on designs; Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in RTL design tools and methodologies. Requirements: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; 7 years of experience in RTL design and verification; Strong understanding of digital logic principles, including finite state machines, counters, and arithmetic logic units; Proficiency in Verilog or VHDL programming languages; Experience with RTL design tools such as Synopsys VCS, Cadence Genus, or Mentor Graphics QuestaSim; Familiarity with simulation and verification methodologies, including UVM and OVM; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
