RTF Maintenance Head

Descripción del empleo The RTF Maintenance Head is responsible for the comprehensive management of critical production systems and equipment. Their duties range from coordinating preventive and corrective maintenance programs to the direct supervision of systems such as purified water, clean steam, and compressed air, all under strict quality and EHS standards. They must lead a maintenance team, ensure compliance with safety regulations, implement continuous improvement and waste reduction strategies, and maintain accurate records of equipment performance and maintenance activities. Additionally, they will be responsible for the development and implementation of maintenance procedures, conducting root cause analyses of equipment failures, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. The RTF Maintenance Head must also collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination.
