RSM, General Trade, West (Sr. Manager)

Purpose of the job: To develop business in west region by planning, directing and implementing sales strategies and programs to achieve or exceed the sales objectives for the region. Roles and responsibilities: To effectively manage the business in the concerned region and achieving the sales objectives •Setting targets and monitoring them periodically to ensure that they are in line with the business plan. •Meeting the revenue and margin targets for the region. •Driving business development activities and ensuring effective utilization of resources. •Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share, customer base and revenue growth. •Maintaining strong relationships with key customers and partners. •Identifying and capitalizing on new business opportunities. •Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. •Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales objectives. •Providing guidance and support to the team members to ensure they are equipped to meet their targets. •Analyzing market trends, customer needs and competitor activity to inform sales strategies. •Developing and managing budgets for the region. •Maintaining accurate records of sales performance and financial data. •Reporting regularly on sales performance and progress towards achieving objectives. •Identifying and addressing any gaps or areas for improvement in the business plan.
