Your tasks

• Significant participation in rebuilding relevant algorithms and applications to support financial and closing processes

• Development and maintenance of R/Shiny applications as well as the corresponding data processing streams

• Integration of development results into cloud-based CI/CD workflows

• Conducting developer and regression tests, as well as active problem-solving

• Close cooperation with other developers, business analysts, and subject matter experts in an agile Scrum team according to SAFe

Must-requirements

• Successful completion of a degree in (business) informatics, economics or a comparable qualification

• In-depth knowledge of programming with R and the Shiny library

• Very good SQL skills

• Secure handling of Git for version control

• Verbal and written fluency in German and English

• Openness to new technologies and enthusiasm for professional further development

• In-depth communication skills and a self-responsible working style

May-requirements

• Knowledge of accounting according to IFRS or alternatively HGB

• Experience in cloud-based environments

• Knowledge of at least one additional scripting or programming language (e.g. Python)

• Experience using DevOps platforms like GitLab or Azure DevOps for implementing CI/CD pipelines

• Experience working with ETL tools or modern data processing tools like dbt

The activity primarily takes place remotely with the option to attend up to 10 on-site days at the Hannover location after prior coordination.
