RPA Platform Support Engineer f m x

Join a team supporting the development and stable operation of RPA platforms in a global industrial organization. The project focuses on maintaining, optimizing, and scaling RPA solutions used in an enterprise environment. The role has an operational-technical character and serves as support for developer teams and business users utilizing automation.

Your tasks

• Operational support for RPA platforms and accompanying infrastructure, with emphasis on stability, scalability, and availability

• Serving as 3rd-line support for RPA teams and business users

• Identifying bottlenecks and areas requiring optimization in the operation of automation platforms

• Maintaining and administering RPA environments (UiPath, Power Automate)

• Collaborating on governance policies and operational models for the automation platform

• Configuring and maintaining folder structures and reorganizing them according to accepted standards

• Working with UiPath Automation Ops, particularly in the area of policies, standards, and process support for CI/CD

• Collaborating with IT and RPA teams to resolve incidents and improve platform operation

Requirements

• Practical knowledge of maintaining and operating RPA platforms

• Experience in developing automation using UiPath (experience with Power Automate will be an additional asset)

• Understanding of issues related to CI/CD, policies, and standardization in UiPath Automation Ops

• Experience in working as technical support (preferably 2nd or 3rd line support)

• Very good knowledge of English language in speech and writing

• Knowledge of governance policies and operational models for RPA

• Previous experience in optimizing and scaling automation platforms

• Mandatory residence in Poland and fluent knowledge of Polish language
