This role focuses on maintaining system stability, performing root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing minor enhancements. The specialization in this area will allow you to work closely with the business stakeholders to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet those needs. You will be responsible for ensuring that all RPA processes are properly documented and maintained.
