Go4HR is exclusively seeking on behalf of Beerstecher AG, Dübendorf an experienced individual as an EmployeeHR Administration & Payroll 80-100%, who wants to combine administration and payroll and enjoys keeping an overview in a diverse, family-like environment. Start date immediate or by arrangement.

These are your responsibilities:

• You ensure that new hires/departures and other HR processes are implemented cleanly and on time
• You are the first point of contact for employees with HR questions and ensure that HR concerns are addressed personally and solution-oriented (HR counter)
• You manage the administration related to staff accommodation and at various locations
• You handle ongoing personnel administration, including permits, social security, and sickness and accident notifications
• You are responsible for a specific group of individuals in payroll processing and manage this independently in collaboration with the Payroll Manager
• You maintain and organize personnel files and ensure a clear document filing system
• You deputize for the Payroll Manager and provide support with short-term queries
• You assist with internal events and take on other varied HR tasks that arise in daily operations and in which you can grow

What we expect from you:

• You have at least 5 years of professional experience in a comparable HR function and possess a solid and experienced HR background accordingly
• Payroll is not new to you: Ideally, you have already processed payroll independently (at least payroll preparation) and are familiar with relevant social security and payroll topics
• Experience with SwissSalary is a big plus
• You work with exceptional accuracy, discretion, and reliability, and handle confidential personnel data with confidence
• You are highly organized, can structure yourself well, and maintain an overview even with multiple parallel tasks
• You communicate confidently in German and have English skills at least at a B1 level; other languages are welcome
• You enjoy collaborating with people from different cultures and approach diverse personalities with openness and respect
• You are a positive-thinking, resilient, and robust personality who remains calm and professional even in challenging situations
