Route Implementation Technician

Candidate ideal:

• Higher education - constitutes an advantage
• Knowledge of using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) package, GPS monitoring systems;
• Communication skills, attention to detail, real-time activity monitoring; 
• Work experience in transportation companies.

Description of the job:

• Document changes to the collection route for transmission to crews;
• Plan sequential implementation of route changes 
• Monitor closely the implementation of new routes by walking them during collection; 
• Ensure that new implemented routes have been walked and collected in the correct configuration;
• Gather information from the route to optimize routes;
• Prepare monitoring reports for implementing new routes;
• Follow up on-site how service delivery is going with new implemented routes.
