ROOMS BACK OF HOUSE MANAGER / MIT REVENUE ERFAHRUNG

Adecco Two renowned hotels in the center of Lucerne are looking for an engaged person for a responsible position in the Rooms Management department with a focus on Revenue. Tasks - Independent management of revenue management using various systems (e.g. One Yield, HPP, MARFP, MASHA, efast, Opera) including report creation and analysis - Maintenance and expansion of existing customer portfolios in the corporate and group segment - Ensuring optimal occupancy of both hotels while simultaneously optimizing pricing - Responsibility for debt management including billing - Active support to operational departments, particularly Front Office and Reservations - Coordination and care of group bookings - Management and optimization of online sales channels (e.g. Expedia, Booking.com, Agoda) - Participation in setting price strategy and ensuring rate parity across all sales channels - Implementation and control of company and quality standards - Representation of the company's interests internally and externally - Project responsibility in the areas of Revenue, Sales, and Marketing as well as support for the development of operational processes (e.g. Land-it) - Leadership and development of employees in collaboration with department heads - Coordination and control of personnel deployments using Mirus 3.0 - Participation in the entire Employee Lifecycle: recruitment, care, and exit processes

Profile - Ideally, you bring experience with the standards and systems of an international hotel chain, preferably in the Marriott environment - You convince through a winning demeanor, high commitment, and reliability - Outstanding social skills and communication strength are your hallmark - You work independently, structured, and with a high degree of self-responsibility - Quality awareness and a strong service orientation are second nature to you - A well-groomed appearance and professional mannerisms complete your profile - Very good German and English language skills are expected; additional language skills are an asset
