We are seeking an experienced Preschool Room Leader to join our Strathfield team. You'll lead and mentor educators, delivering engaging learning programs while supporting the Centre Director in achieving an exceeding-rated service.

Your role

• Lead and mentor a team of educators to deliver high-quality learning programs
• Oversee planning, curriculum, and outcomes for each child in your room
• Ensure documentation is meaningful, accessible, and compliant with regulations
• Build a warm, inclusive, stimulating, and safe learning environment
• Maintain strong relationships with families and team members
• Ensure high standards of health, safety, and regulatory compliance

About you

• Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care (ACECQA-approved)
• Previous Room Leader experience is highly advantageous
• Strong knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and National Regulations
• Outstanding verbal, written, and digital communication skills
• Current Working With Children Check
• Current First Aid/CPR, Asthma, Anaphylaxis, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain)
• Unrestricted full-time working rights in Australia
