We’re looking for a passionate Diploma-qualified Educator or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to step into a Room Leader position in our beautiful Nursery or Toddler Room.

✨ Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing strong education and childcare, focusing on the individual needs of the child and imbedding the EYLF and NQS frameworks in practice.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to promote children's holistic development and encourage a safe and open environment for expression and learning.
  • Fostering strong relationships with children, families, and the community, ensuring open communication and collaboration.
  • Conduct regular assessments and evaluations to monitor children's progress and identify areas for growth and development.
  • Committed to Continuous Professional Development (CPD), keeping up to date with current research, trends, and best practices in early childhood education, integrating new knowledge into practice.
✨ Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or ECT in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent qualification).
  • A good knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQS, and relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for early childhood education and a commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD).
  • Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis training (or willingness to obtain).
  • Working with Children Check (WWCC) clearance.
  • 1 years experience working as an Early Childhood Educator, or equivalent
  • Right to Work in Australia without restrictions
