The Roles
Room Leader
- Lead and support a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care
- Develop and implement engaging programs aligned with the EYLF and National Quality Framework
- Build strong relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Support best practice, compliance and continuous improvement
- Work collaboratively with the Centre Manager and leadership team
- Support the delivery of quality early learning programs
- Create nurturing, inclusive learning environments
- Work collaboratively with Room Leaders and the wider team
- Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues
- Participate in ongoing professional development
To be successful in either role, you will have:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Availability to work rotating shifts between 6:30am and 6:30pm
- Knowledge of the National Quality Framework, NQS and EYLF
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A genuine passion for early childhood education
- Current Working with Children Check
- First Aid Certificate
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Food Handling Certificate
