Room Leader – Diploma or ECT
Location: Albert Park, 3206
Salary: Competitive $$ (depending on qualification & experience)
Position Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Qualification: Diploma or ECT
Start Date: ASAP start!
Are you passionate about creating a warm, nurturing environment? Would you love to work in a stunning boutique early childhood centre in a convenient location?
We are seeking a caring, confident, and experienced Room Leader to join our close-knit team.
About the Role:
As the Room Leader, you will lead by fostering strong attachments with children and their families. You’ll be responsible for running and ensuring a caring and developmental environment where little ones thrive!
What We’re Looking For:
✔️ A COMPLETED Diploma or Bachelors' of Early Childhood Education and Care
✔️ Previous experience leading a room (preferred)
✔️ A nurturing, patient, and thoughtful approach
✔️ Sound understanding of the EYLF and NQS
✔️ Current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis training
✔️ Full Working Rights - this is a permanent full-time position (MON - FRI)
