Mandarin Oriental Palace, Lucerne is looking to strengthen our Housekeeping team with a Room Attendant.

As a Room Attendant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Professional cleaning of occupied, vacant, and departure rooms

• Cleaning of corridors and storage rooms

• Cleaning of back areas such as offices and staff changing rooms

• Reporting technical defects

• Forwarding lost property to the Housekeeping Office

• Adherence to hygiene and safety standards

• Performing turndown service

• Carrying out additional tasks in the housekeeping department
