TSG Deutschland GmbH & Co. KG seeks a Rollout Manager - payment solutions (m/w/d) to strengthen our dynamic team in Munich. With your experience in rollout management, you ensure that our payment solutions are smoothly and reliably introduced to customers' sites. Aufgaben

• Responsibility for the operational management of rollouts from cash systems/payment solutions in several branches nationwide
• Creation and maintenance of rollout master plans including resource, time, and location planning
• Coordination of all involved trades (IT, electricians, technicians, project management, logistics)
• Interface to internal departments, external service providers, and end customers
• Monitoring of delivery dates, synchronization of hardware and software deployments
• On-site and remote support for initial installations and pilot phases
• Quality control, reporting, and escalation management in case of problems on site
• Support in creating checklists, handover protocols, and training materials

• Smoother, timely rollout of all cash systems, payment solutions
• Minimization of downtime in daily operations at the sites
• Ensuring uniform quality of implementation across all branches

Qualifikation

• Completed commercial training or equivalent qualification
• Demonstrated experience in managing rollouts or infrastructure projects in retail or comparable industries
• Understanding of workflows in the Point-of-Sale (POS), cash technology, or branch logistics sectors
• Sovereign project management, structured work approach, and proactive communication
• Positive attitude and motivation to overcome obstacles
• Travel readiness for occasional on-site appointments
• Mother tongue German/ fluent in English
