Tasks
- Exchange and rollout of routers, switches, and access points at multiple locations
- Patching, cabling, port mapping, and function checks on site
- Commissioning according to specifications including brief fault analysis in case of disturbances
- Documented, acceptance protocols, and ticket management in ITSM tool
- Coordination with on-site contact partners and scheduling
Qualification
- Prior practical experience in rollout, field service, or on-site IT support is advantageous
- Solid foundation in hardware or network technology
- Structured, reliable work style and friendly communication
- Class B driver's license and travel readiness
- Very good German or English language skills
