Roller Operator

Our client is currently seeking a reliable and experienced Roller Operator to join their team on a long-term basis, working across civil construction sites in Christchurch.

This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys civil work, is safety-focused, and is willing to assist with general labouring

About the Role:

• Operating rollers on civil construction projects

• Assisting with general civil labouring duties as required

• Working across civil sites for an established client

• Long-term opportunity for the right candidate

• On-the-job training and upskilling available

What Our Client Is Looking For:

• Experience operating rollers within a civil environment

• Relevant licences and endorsements (W, T, R preferred)

• Willingness to carry out labouring duties when needed

• Strong work ethic and commitment to long-term work

• Good communication skills and a team-focused attitude

Requirements:

• Must hold relevant licences and endorsements

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug test

• Site Safe (preferred but not essential)

• Full NZ work rights
