Pipe Fitter (m/f/d) in an Industrial Environment

We are looking for a qualified Plant Mechanic / Pipe Fitter (m/f/d) to strengthen our team at the VW Plant Wolfsburg. A varied role in a dynamic environment awaits you. Your tasks with us Assembly and Maintenance:
- Carrying out repair and new assembly work on pipelines
- Processing of stainless steel pipes (Mapress), C-steel (press system), and steel pipes
- Maintenance of various pipeline systems (steel, PE pipe, stainless steel)
- Maintenance of building services (focus on heating systems)
- Pressing of stainless steel, steel, and copper pipelines
- Analysis and quick repair in case of malfunctions
- Independent order processing including documentation (e.g., through maintenance and inspection logs)
- Independent work according to technical specifications
- Work in a 3-shift system within the VW Plant Wolfsburg
- Contact person for your customers and colleagues at the on-site facilities
Profile
- Completed vocational training as a pipe fitter, plant mechanic for sanitary, heating, and air conditioning technology, heating installer, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in the maintenance and servicing of heating systems, ideally in an industrial environment
- Experience in processing and assembling pipelines
- Experience in pressing stainless steel, steel, and copper pipelines
- In-depth knowledge of heating and sanitary technology
- Careful and quality-conscious work approach
- Teamwork skills and flexibility
- Car driver's license strictly required
- Friendly demeanor and customer and solution-oriented work
