Piping Fitter / Plant Construction Fitter for High-Purity Media Supply Systems

RORTEK GmbH has 25 years of experience with high-purity, corrosive, toxic, and explosive media. We develop and engineer systems for high-purity media supply in the highest quality classes – with a safety guarantee through the use of state-of-the-art detection technology. The highly developed know-how in planning, consulting, realization, commissioning, and monitoring naturally forms the basis of our company's competence, as do the corresponding approvals and certifications.

Tasks

• Installation of high-purity media supply systems for our customers from the microelectronics, semiconductor, and photovoltaic industries.
• Preparation and bending of pipelines made of stainless steel and copper, as well as fastening of support structures and fastening materials in the black, grey, and high-purity areas.
• Preparation of pipeline parts and fittings for welding.
• Cutting of pipelines as well as assembly and fitting of shaped parts and connectors to the corresponding pipelines.
• Creation and reading of isometrics and calculation of pipeline lengths.
• Welding (TIG manual, possibly also orbital) and brazing (soft and hard soldering).
• Work in pipeline construction in main dimensions of pipe thicknesses from 6.0 mm – 30 mm and performing activities under cleanroom conditions.

Qualifications

• Completed training as a plant or industrial mechanic, gas and water installer, or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in plant construction/pipeline construction desirable, knowledge in the field of high-purity media advantageous
• Experience in orbital, manual, and butt welding processes, ideally with a welder certification
• Driver's license class B strictly required
• Confident handling of PC and tablet
• Additional electrical training desirable
• Very good German language skills in spoken and written form (at least level C1)
• High reliability and careful work ethic
