Robotics Technician

Your responsibilities

• Ensuring the continuous functioning of robots, mainly from ABB, KUKA, FANUC, and others, including:
• a) Resolving emerging issues and repairing robots
• b) Carrying out preventive actions and maintenance checks,
• c) Adapting robots to current production, e.g., replacing grippers
• Uploading the correct program into robots
• Analyzing the causes and effects of failures of subordinate machines and equipment, proposing corrective actions

  Our requirements

  • Knowledge of plastics processing machines (injection molding machines)
  • Knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics systems
  • Knowledge of technical documentation (diagrams, designs)
  • Ability to operate a computer and navigate the Windows operating system freely
  • Independence and responsibility for the work performed
  • SEP qualifications up to 1kV or readiness to obtain them
  • Readiness for shift work
  Optional
  • Experience in a role involving robots, e.g., on a production line, would be considered an asset
