**Job Description Summary**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to coordinate, support and eventually lead, in some case, the deployment of robotic systems in our manufacturing facilities.

This role is critical in identifying, evaluating, and implementing robotization opportunities aligned with our strategic growth and capacity expansion objectives, (particularly in low-volume, high-mix production environments).

The successful candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to build strong business cases, support to deploy end-to-end project execution, and to ensure timely delivery of robotic solutions that improve capacity , productivity and quality with potential scalability.

We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to coordinate, support and, in some cases, lead the deployment of robotic systems at our production sites.

This role is key to identifying, evaluating and implementing robotization opportunities in line with our strategic growth and capacity increase objectives (particularly in low-volume and high-mix production environments).

The successful candidate will work transversally to build solid business cases, support the end-to-end deployment of projects, and ensure the timely delivery of robotic solutions that improve capacity, productivity and quality, with a potential for scaling.

**Job Description**

**Project Management & Execution**

+ Coordinate or lead the planning, execution, and delivery of robotic deployment projects from concept to commissioning with the factories team & the integrator

+ Define project scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, and budgets in alignment with stakeholders.

+ Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, operations, maintenance, safety) and external vendors/integrators.

+ Manage project risks, change controls, and resource constraints to ensure successful deployment.

**Business Case Development**

+ Analyze manufacturing processes to identifyautomation/robotizationopportunities.

+ Define ROI, payback period, and performance KPIs for proposed robotic investments.

+ Prepare and present detailed business cases to Business Line leadership and robotics & automation council to support capital investment decisions

**Technical Support & Oversight**

+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to validate technical feasibility and integration of robotic systems.

+ Oversee system acceptance testing (FAT, SAT) and post-installation performance validation.

+ Ensure solutions comply with safety standards, industry regulations, and internal quality requirements.

**Continuous Improvement & Strategy**

+ Support the development of roadmaps for future robotic initiatives in the factories and the scalability of some running projects.

+ Monitor emerging technologies and recommend enhancements for long-term competitiveness.

+ Support internal capability building and knowledge transfer across sites.

**Project Management and Execution**

+ Define the ROI, payback period and performance indicators of the proposed robotic projects.

+ Prepare and present detailed business cases to operational management and the robotics & automation council to support investment decisions.

**Technical Support and Supervision**

+ Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to validate the technical feasibility and integration of robotic systems.

+ Supervise system acceptance tests (FAT, SAT) and performance validation after installation.

+ Ensure that the solutions comply with safety standards, regulations and internal quality standards.

**Continuous Improvement and Strategy**

+ Contribute to the development of roadmaps for future robotic initiatives and the scaling of ongoing projects.

+ Monitor emerging technologies and recommend improvements to strengthen long-term competitiveness.

+ Support the development of internal skills and knowledge transfer between sites.

**Qualifications / Requirements**

**Education**: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Mechatronics) or a related field. A Master's degree or MBA is a plus.

**Experience:**

+ Minimum 5-10 years of experience in robotics implementation, automation, or manufacturing project management.

+ Proven track record of successfully delivering robotic/automation projects in factory environments.

+ Experience with low-volume, high-mix production settings and scaling capacity through automation.

**Languages:** Fluent in English (written and spoken)

**Specific knowledge:**

+ Competent in project management and associated tools

+ Strong understanding of robotic systems ( collaborative robots, industrial arms, AGVs, sensors, actuators & related hardware).

+ Deep knowledge and understanding of manufacturing systems, lean principles, and digital transformation tools.

+ SAP, IoT (Internet of Things) knowledge and experience would be a plus

**Your profile:**

**Training:** Engineering degree (mechanical, electrical, automation, mechatronics) or equivalent field. A Master's or MBA is an asset.

**Experience**:

+ Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience in the implementation of robotic solutions, automation or industrial project management.

+ Proven experience in the delivery of robotics/automation projects in a production environment.

+ Practice of low-volume / high-mix environments and capacity increase through automation.

+ Mastery of project management tools and methods.

+ In-depth knowledge of robotic systems (cobots, industrial arms, AGVs, sensors, etc.).

+ Good understanding of production environments and Lean principles.

+ Ideally, experience with SAP and/or IoT solutions.

+ Recognized leadership, clear communication and ability to unite multidisciplinary teams.

+ Autonomy, sense of analysis, results-oriented.
