We are currently seeking a Senior Robotic Simulation Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge robotic systems.

What you will do:

  • Build, extend, and maintain robotics simulations in NVIDIA Isaac Sim (Omniverse) using Python, including robot assets, environments, and sensor models (LiDAR, cameras, radar).
  • Develop Isaac Sim extensions, OmniGraph pipelines, and Python tooling for scenario authoring, domain randomization, and synthetic data generation.
  • Integrate ROS 2 stacks with Isaac Sim.
  • Prototype and evaluate perception, planning, and control algorithms in simulation.

Requirements:

  • Master's, Bachelor's, or PhD degree in Robotics, Automation Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with NVIDIA Isaac Sim / Omniverse (USD, PhysX, OmniGraph, Replicator, extensions) building end-to-end robotic simulations.
  • Experience with ROS 2 (Robot Operating System) and its integration with simulators (nav2, ros2_control, TF, sensor_msgs).
  • Good understanding of robotics – path planning, kinematics, sensors – and how to validate them in simulation.
  • Experience creating realistic sensor simulations (camera, LiDAR, IMU), calibration, and ground-truth data pipelines.
  • Familiarity with Git-based workflows and CI/CD for simulation projects.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.

Nice to haves:

  • Familiarity with C++ for performance-critical modules or Isaac/Omniverse extensions; basic CUDA understanding.
  • Familiarity with machine learning for robotics, synthetic data workflows, and domain randomization.
  • Experience in developing software for embedded systems and sim-to-real transfer.
  • Experience with other simulation tools or game engines (O3DE, Gazebo, Unity3D, Unreal Engine).

What’s in it for you:

  • Work with the latest technologies.
  • Opportunity to contribute to open-source projects.
  • Competitive salary (13 500 to 26 000 zł on B2B depending on your experience level).
  • Comfortable working conditions (Hala Koszyki, Warsaw).
  • Private medical care and sports card.
  • Flexible working hours in hybrid work model.
