Job description
We are looking for experienced roading labourers for an immediate September start in Christchurch, New Zealand! If you have a roading background, with surfacing experience, we want to hear from you!
This physically demanding role requires motivated individuals who are seriously driven to achieve results.
In order to be considered, applicants must display the following skills and/or experience:

In order to be considered, applicants must display the following skills and/or experience:
- Asphalt/Hot mix & or chip sealing experience
- Licensed operators - prefer experienced roller operators.
- In addition, truck drivers with the following experience
- - Dump and tipper truck experience
- - Water cart experience
- Experience in compaction methods including the use of handheld machinery
- Ability to operate construction plant including pavers and rollers
- Familiarity with all site safety with regard to asphalt and surfacing work and have demonstrated experience in applying Health & Safety methods on surfacing projects.
- Truck Licence preferred
- Must have excellent communication skills and prior experience working in surfacing teams would be advantageous.
- This will be outdoor work, so you will need a history in general outdoors labouring.
- The ability to grow skills across multiple areas of the surfacing team and work within high performance teams
