Road Workers - Sealing & Linemarking

Skillinvest is seeking enthusiastic Road Workers for seasonal positions with a reputable bituminous spray seal and line marking company based in Bendigo. Benefits Seasonal roles commencing in September 2025 Base rate of $38.85 p/h overtime & LAFHA PPE supplied & maintained annually Key Responsibilities Undertake road surfacing activities including bituminous spray sealing and line marking Operate specialised spray seal/line marking trucks, plant and equipment Carry out worksite traffic management and ensure a safe working environment for all personnel. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard and in accordance with company policies and procedures. Work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Maintain a clean and tidy work area and ensure all equipment is properly maintained and stored. Participate in regular toolbox talks and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge. Key Requirements Must be physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Must have a strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Must be able to work in a team environment and communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors. Must have a valid driver's license and be able to operate a manual vehicle. Must be willing to work in a variety of weather conditions and be able to lift and move equipment as required.
