Road Worker / Operator of Compactors / Specialist in Asphalt Works with knowledge of German

Firm MAX STREICHER GmbH – leader in infrastructure construction industry in Germany, with over 100-year tradition, employing over 4,000 employees, is looking for candidates for the position:

Road Worker / Operator of Compactors / Specialist in Asphalt Works

Workplace: various construction sites in Bavaria – including Hebertsfelden, Deggendorf, Rosenheim, Landshut, Burghausen

Tasks:
• Operating and leading equipment and tools in asphalt works,
• Manual laying of asphalt and brickwork,
• Mounting drainage systems,
• Leveling and compacting road foundation,
• Maintenance and minor repairs of construction machinery,
• Team work on a construction site.

Requirements:
• Experience in road works or construction,
• Knowledge of operating construction equipment,
• Knowledge of German language – min. B1,
• Independence and responsibility,
• Mileage: driving license category B, own car (optional).

We guarantee:
• Employment contract for an indefinite period,
• Salary from 18.03 to 22.52 EUR brutto/hour (depending on experience),
• Daily allowance of 28 EUR – tax-free,
• One return trip home per month (0.40 EUR/km),
• Accommodation provided and paid for,
• Christmas and holiday bonuses,
• Work 40 hours a week (possible overtime),
• Coordinator support – contract and formalities possible remotely.
