Road Operations Manager

We are looking for a Road Operations Manager with a strategic profile, business vision and strong leadership capacity to act in the highway unit. This professional will be responsible for ensuring operational, financial and strategic performance of contracts under their management, ensuring excellence in delivery and relationship with internal and external stakeholders:

• Act as the main point of contact with clients at commercial, strategic, tactical and operational levels.

• Manage and direct the team based on the area's strategic planning.

• Control the profitability and financial health of contracts, continuously analyzing the pillars: Custo x Prazo x Qualidade.

• Ensure the department's profitability and sustainability of projects.

• Establish and maintain relationships with corporate managers, participating in defining processes, standards and best practices.

• Manage the risk management of the highway business unit, mitigating impacts and ensuring compliance.

• Act on developing new businesses, including building and maintaining a commercial pipeline.

• Prepare complete proposals, including technical, commercial (price) and contractual aspects.

• Be responsible for defining and implementing ESG policies, promoting initiatives related to the environment, social responsibility and governance in highway contracts.

• Support the career development of area collaborators, encouraging participation in technical training and capacity-building actions.
