RN Short Stay Nights

Description 1 years of stepdown/progressive care, ICU, procedural, or emergency department experience strongly preferred. In addition to base pay and night shift differential, full time night shift RNs are eligible to participate in UCHealth's night shift incentive pay program upon completion of orientation. Base pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience. Work nights, earn more - our Night Shift Incentive Program pays $1,600 quarterly ($6,400/year) Summary: 16 bed unit comprised of both medical and surgical patients with a focus on short stay care. This unit provides an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of autonomy and collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
