As a Registered Nurse, you'll be vital in providing exceptional care to our residents. Your responsibilities include:

• Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely daily documentation.

• Medication Management: Prepare and administer medications as ordered by a physician.

• Order Management: Accurately transcribe physicians' orders to the Medication Administration Records (MARs) and notify the pharmacy of new orders.

• Team Collaboration: Fulfill all other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing.

• You must hold an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Wisconsin.
