Facility: GSS ND Park River Location: Park River, ND Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Part time Weekly Hours: 24.00 Salary Range: 32.50 - 48.00 Pay Info: $5,000 Sign On Available Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process to provide quality patient care to our residents. This includes assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care to meet the physical, emotional, and spiritual needs of our residents. The RN will also be responsible for communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team, families, and residents to ensure continuity of care. The RN will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents. The RN will also be responsible for performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Nursing or designee. Job Requirements The RN must have a current RN license in the state of North Dakota, and a Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. The RN must also have at least one year of experience in a long-term care setting, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The RN must also be able to lift, push, and pull equipment and supplies up to 50 pounds, and be able to stand for long periods of time. The RN must also be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be able to communicate effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare professionals.
