As a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will be part of a dynamic team that is committed to delivering high-quality care and service in a Christian environment. Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing vital signs, and providing wound care. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care and service. Provide emotional support and comfort to our residents and their families. Requirements: Current RN or LPN license in the state of South Dakota. 1-2 years of experience in long-term care or a related field. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
