Facility: Bemidji Medical Center Location: Bemidji, MN Address: 1300 Anne St NW, Bemidji, MN 56601, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Varied Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours - Straight Weekends Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Med/Surg/Ortho team at Bemidji Medical Center. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will provide high-quality patient care and work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care to assigned patients, including but not limited to: administering medications, performing treatments, and providing wound care. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and reduce readmissions. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and treatment. Participate in on-call rotation as needed. Job Requirements: Current RN licensure in the state of Minnesota. Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field. One year of experience in Med/Surg/Ortho nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
