As a Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) at Sky Ridge, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care to telemetry patients on a medical-surgical unit. * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for each patient. * Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the physician or other healthcare professionals. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes. * Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment. * Provide education and support to patients, families, and caregivers. * Stay current with industry trends and best practices by attending continuing education courses and workshops. Requirements: * Current RN license in the state of Colorado or eligible for licensure. * Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution. * Minimum 1 year experience as a Medical Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN). * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities. * Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
