RN Medical Office Physician Clinic

Description Location: UCHealth Estes Valley Medical Center, US:CO:Estes Park Department: EVMC Physician Clinic FTE: PRN, 0.0, 0.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks) Shift: Days Pay: $32.01 - $49.62 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience Summary: Provides direct patient care, in a medical/physician office setting, using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice and with the policies, values, and mission of the organization. Responsibilities: * Assesses, plans, implements, evaluates and documents nursing care in patient care areas, including but not limited to, patient assessment, medication administration, and assisting providers with medical procedures. * Collaborates with the healthcare team to provide patient-centered care. * Educates patients and families on health-related issues. * Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements: * Current Colorado RN license or ability to obtain. * Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross (ARC). * At least one (1) year of recent RN experience. * Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program. Preferred: * Experience in a clinic or physician office setting. * Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems. * Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
