As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our MDS department, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our seniors. Responsibilities: * Provide direct patient care to our residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support * Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans * Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure the highest level of care for our residents * Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment * Provide education and support to residents and their families * Participate in on-call rotation as needed Qualifications: * Current RN license in the state of South Dakota * 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care setting * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment * Ability to lift, transfer, and reposition patients as needed * Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends * Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities * Ability to maintain a positive and professional attitude in a challenging environment Benefits: * Competitive salary range of $34.00 - $51.00 per hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * 401(k) retirement plan with employer match * Paid time off and holidays * Opportunities for professional growth and development * Collaborative and supportive work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * And more!
