This includes, but is not limited to, administering medications, performing treatments, and providing emotional support to residents. The RN (LTC) FT FLEX will also be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of resident care, as well as participating in quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a current RN license, 1-2 years of experience in a long-term care setting, and a strong commitment to providing high-quality patient care. The RN (LTC) FT FLEX will work a flexible schedule, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The starting rate for this position is $32.50 - $48.00 per hour, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus available. A $5.00 differential will be paid for flexible scheduling.
