Facility: GSS ND Park River Location: Park River, ND Address: 301 Co Rd 12B, Park River, ND 58270, USA Shift: 12 Hours - Day Shifts Job Schedule: Full time Weekly Hours: 36.00 Salary Range: $32.50 - $48.00 Job Summary The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for utilizing the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation) to provide high-quality patient care to our residents. This includes but is not limited to: conducting initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, providing direct patient care, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care. The RN will also be responsible for monitoring and reporting any changes in residents' conditions, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of patient care. Infection Control Nurse: The RN will be responsible for identifying and reporting any potential infection control issues, as well as implementing and maintaining infection control policies and procedures. This includes but is not limited to: monitoring and reporting any potential outbreaks, conducting infection control audits, and providing education and training to staff on infection control best practices. Requirements: The ideal candidate will have a current RN license in the state of North Dakota, a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, and at least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting. The RN must also be able to lift 50 pounds, stand for long periods of time, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
